  • Return Policy

    Refund Policy

    Our refund policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your purchase for all UK, US, EU and Canada customers. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer a refund. You must fill in the correct paperwork and return the items in this period, any items received without or the correct return form will be automatically sent back to the customer and a shipping cost of £9.99 will be deducted from the total, any items returned outside of this 14 day period will be rejected. Items sent back due to missing paperwork or incorrect paper work may cause the 14 day deadline to be missed and the responsibility is solely on the customer. Customers must make arrangements for the collection of the suit if they try and return the suit outside of the 14 days, we will not take on extra delivery cost for this mistake Customer must insure the suits are back with us by the 14th day. For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and be returned in the same condition in which it was received.if anything is kept we take the original price out and the remains is refunded.

    For the festive period, an extended return policy is now available, customers who select the “Delivery Before Xmas (Extended Return Policy)” have until the 7th of January 2023 to return the suit or decide on an exchange, regardless of when the purchase was made or received. This option is available for a limited time only and is available at the checkout only when valid. Any suits purchased with another delivery option will fall into our standard 14 day return policy.

    To return any suit within this period please email info@abitto.com, a dedicated team will assist you will all the instructions and forms required to get the suit back to us correctly.

    Any item returned to us which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any suit which has been customised or made-to-measure has a strict no-returns policy; this includes all orders which have been hemmed to a particular length. Please note as mentioned in the kids suit product description, all kids suits are made to order and are custom made due to the variation in sizes. They are strictly nonrefundable

    Refunds (if applicable) Any item purchased may be returned without question for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item, reasons include The incorrect size has been ordered The quality of the item is not to the customers satisfaction The item delivered does not match the online description Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs.

    Once the returned item has been received it will be inspected and only we have the right to determine the returned product's condition. Your refund request will not be accepted if;

    The items are damaged due to the fault of the customer or the return shipping process The items contain any form of odour i.e perfume The item's tags have been removed or the item has been altered in any way

    Once approved we will process your return and issue a full refund within 7-14 working days.

    Any items received outside of the 14 days will be resent back to the customer at their own expense, the customers will need to make their arrangements for the retrieval

    CHRISTMAS PERIOD ONLY

    Only customers who purchase the gift option at the point of sale can return the item outside of the 14 days.

    You have 10 days from the 25th December 2020 to return or exchange any items when the "Return/Exch After Xmas" gift wrap option is purchased with the item at checkout.

    Wholesale

    All b2b purchases are non refundable, companies who orders suits for business purposes or with the intention of reselling the products will do this at their own risk. Abitto will not take the risk for suits that are not sold on.

    Wedding promotion Terms

    The kids suit are dispatched and delivered within 10-12 working days from the point of Abitto receiving the measurements as they are custom made. Customers are expected to inform us of their intention on the Adult suit's I.e of a return within 2 working days of receiving the Adult suits, this allows Abitto to cancel the process of the kids suit. The kids suit are custom made and non refundable, returns or cancellation of the Adult order outside of the 2 working days will result in the cost of the kids suit and will be deducted from the grand total. This offer is not limited to 1 customer, customer's can use this offer several times as long as a minimum of 5 adult suits are purchased each time.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy Customer who wish to cancel their order within 24hrs of being placed, please email orders@abitto.com with your order number. A refund will be issued within 3-5 working days from the email of acceptance. Any cancellations requests received outside of this period will not be accepted. Any Custom made orders can not be cancelled after the 24hrs mar. Once the item have been dispatched the customer can no longer cancel the order and will need to send the item back for a refund.

Abitto will also cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers or distributors.     Klarna payment option:

    In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

  • Exchanges

    Exchanges (if applicable) We will happily exchange your order to ensure your suit is the best size and fit for you. We offer an additional 5 working day once the item is exchanged so customer have the extra time they need to ensure a perfect fit.

    If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size or would like a different suit altogether, send us an email at info@abitto.com with your order number along with the item you would like to exchange. ​

    ​A member of our team will then work with you to ensure you get the right fit for your body shape. ​

    You will need to send us your suit in it's original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. Please be sure to include a note of your order number, return address and the alterations you require. ​

    ​Once we receive and process your return, a new suit will be shipped directly to you. If the item you require is not in stock, your items will be handmade and shipped. You will receive tracking information for the new order.

    If, when we receive the return, we deem that you have damaged the goods, the exchange will be denied and the suit will be returned to you. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Delivery Time Scale

    We aim to deliver all suits within 2-3 workings days for our paid (£5.99) service for the UK, 7 working days for our UK free delivery service, Or Next day delivery if ordered before 13:00 for UK clients only. 5-7 working days for all US and Canadian orders . Products are tracked, delivered and handled by APC and Royal Mail for all UK and Ireland Orders, and USPS and TNT for all US orders. Abitto take no responsibility or liability for any delays and are not liable for any inconvenience caused. Customer ordering outside of the UK are responsible for any custom charges. Abitto is based and distributes all products from our warehouse based in the UK Customers accept responsibility for ordering items and accept the risk and take into considerations potential delays when predicting delivery.

  • FAQ

    We reserve the right to refuse service and promotions to anyone for any reason at any time. Abitto has the right to cancel any orders without any compensation to the customers. Customers are not entitle to any compensation related to purchases made from Abitto. We take no responsibility for late delivery, customers accept Abitto is not liable to pay any compensation for any inconvenience caused. Customers are responsible for sending the suit back for refunds and exchanges regardless if a prepaid label is provided by Abitto. For any particular reason the parcel goes missing or lost, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and the customer is responsible to make a claim with the courier. ​

    Any complaints or escalations received will aimed to be addressed within 12-15 weeks, Any update requests before this period will be ignored.

    You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. ​ ​
